Storage provide me with a lock?
A: No. Ace Self Storage does not provide locks as part
of the monthly fee. Locks can be purchased in the office for your convenience.
Q: Is there a monthly
invoice?
A: No, there is not a monthly statement. Just mail
a check or pay by credit card. Your payment terms are outlined in your
contract.
Q: Can I store my
RV, motor home or boat at your facility?
A: No, Ace Self Storage does not provide outside storage
for vehicles. Please call us for a referral.
Q:
Are there any restrictions as to what I can store?
A: Yes, there are legally defined restrictions for
all self storage companies to abide by. Some include, but are not limited
to: inflammable or combustible materials, animals or animal products,
perishable food, illegal or stolen goods, firearms, jewelry and valuables,
fragrances, aerosols, hazardous materials, and plants. Please contact
us for more information or if you have specific questions.
Q: Will Ace Self
Storage provide insurance or do I have to?
A: Ace Self Storage recommends that you contact your
home owners insurance or we will provide a referral for storage insurance.
We recommend insuring all of your valuables. Check with your home insurer
to see if the items you place in storage will be covered by your domestic
home contents policy. Please call us to find out more.

Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard
Q: Do you charge
set up and administrative fees?
A: No, Ace Self Storage does not charge administrative
fees.
Q: What access can
I expect?
A: There is year-round gate access available 7 days
per week, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Alternative times are available by appointment
only.
